Their Families Can Help Improve Quality
Be informed about your care.
Ask questions and speak up.
- Be sure to bring your medications
or a list of medications to every
appointment or hospital visit. If you need
assistance making a list, we will help—just
ask.
- Ask us to wash our hands, wash
your hands, and have visitors wash their
hands. Wash frequently and often--always
after using the toilet, eating or any contact
with a patient’s environment.
- Have your visitors stay home
if they are sick. We have email
for patients so you can stay in touch.
- Tell us if you are scared, hopeless,
or do not feel safe…we can help
you find help.
- Please, we urge you, report any and all
